It’s getting to be that time of year… that special time of year when Smith’s has their case lot sale!  It’s that anticipated sale that I long for.  I long for it because that’s when I stock up on my pantry items. My favorite stock up item is peanut butter.  This is a mandatory staple in our house.  One the kids won’t do without it. They’ll eat it in their breakfast smoothies, request it for their lunches, after school snacks and of course dessert.
