It’s getting to be that time of year… that special time of year when Smith’s has their case lot sale! It’s that anticipated sale that I long for. I long for it because that’s when I stock up on my pantry items. My favorite stock up item is peanut butter. This is a mandatory staple in our house. One the kids won’t do without it. I received an opportunity to review Lose Weight By Eating by Audrey Johns and this cookbook didn’t disappoint. I love Cookbooks that give you variety of ways to eat healthier.
After skimming through the cookbook, I landed on the first recipe I had to try:

My kids can be picky eaters and there are days when I do not want to fuss with making them eat their dinner. On days like this I’ll put together stuff they can “make” on their own.
