Homemade Greek Vinaigrette Dressing is one of my favorite salad dressings. I became addicted to it after eating at a local greek restaurant, that I had to make my own.
After testing out several versions. This salad dressing came close to the one I love. I found that it was all about the seasonings that made this Greek Vinaigrette dressing.

- 3 tsp of Basil, dried

- 2 tsp of Salt

Ahoy! I’m the fearless captain of this ship, navigating the wild waters of motherhood with four deckhands (kids), two pint-sized stowaways (grandkids), and a never-ending to-do list. As a Jill-of-all-trades, I can, put a shine on something lackluster, stretch a dollar further than the horizon, and chase squirrels like a seasoned deckhand swabbing the deck.
I believe in living on less—why buy a yacht when you can sail smoothly on a budget? Whether I’m steering through life’s storms, reeling in bargains, or setting sail on a new adventure, I do it all with a splash of humor and a stash of chocolate in my treasure chest (a.k.a. purse).
Join me on this crazy voyage where the coffee flows like the tide, and the squirrels are always just off the starboard bow!
