How to make chocolate covered strawberries is so simple and you’ll wonder why you haven’t made these before.
All you need are 2 key ingredients to make Chocolate Covered Strawberries
- Strawberries
- Almond Bark. (You can also use Candy Melts, but Almond Bark is cheaper in the store and you get a lot more for your money.)
Melting the chocolate is easy. Just find a nice microwaveable bowl. Then add a few pieces of Almond Bark to your bow. Then place the bowl in the microwave and cook it for about 20-30 seconds at a time and continue to do this until all the chocolate is melted.
Find a fork – I used a fondue one and dip the strawberry in the chocolate. When you lift it up, swirl it until you all the excess chocolate is done dripping. I took a plate and laid the strawberries upside down so they didn’t have the flat chocolate side.
I had some White Chocolate Almond Bard and melted this to make them a little more decorative. To do this, just get a ziploc baggie and add the melted chocolate to it. make a small snip in the corner and go at it.
and this was the final results! Don’t they just look delicious?
How to make chocolate covered strawberries are simple. Enjoy!
