Craig Ranch Regional Park here in North Las Vegas, Nevada was amazing! If you are looking for something fun to do with the family, you’ll definitely want to head to this park.
Craig Ranch Regional Park was once a golf course that was converted into a park. The 170 acre park was purchased by North Las Vegas back in 2005, but finally opened it’s “doors” on October 25th, 2013. It definitely took time opening. The park had its ups and down with construction, funding and maintenance costs to where we never thought it was going to open. I’ve been anxiously waiting to check out the park and that day finally came.
The park is absolutely gorgeous! There really is something for everyone to do.
We spent about 2 hours at the park just checking it out. There were 4 playgrounds for the kids to choose from, the pond, the water area, volleyball area, baseball area, the 5 acre dog park, the garden, fields, skate park and so much more. We could spend all day there and not get bored.
These pictures don’t do the park justice. You really need to check out Craig Ranch Regional Park for yourself. Be sure to check out my video for an overview of the park and comment below and let me know if what your favorite thing at the park was.
