Top 10 Back to School Lunch Must Haves

Looking for Back to school lunch ideas?  Making a home lunch is one of the ways we save money, but with that in mind I want to make sure that the items we use can make life a little simpler.

So I’ve put together a list of the Top 10 Back to School Lunch Must Haves:

#10 – ChicoBag Recycled PET Baggies Snack and Sandwich Reusable Bags, Pack of 3

These are great to have on hand, saving you money on disposable bags.  They are washable reusable bags that will work great for sandwiches, chips, fruit slices etc.

If your kids don’t like the crust, this is an easy tool to have on hand.  Plus it’s perfect to seal your sandwich too.   You can freeze your peanut butter and jelly sandwich ahead of time, throw them in your reusable bag and they’ll defrost in time for lunch.

I love these little containers!  I can put together a sandwich, chips and salsa and they don’t run into each other with these 3 separate compartments they seal perfectly!

Keeping the kids lunch warm is definitely a must have.  I’ve used this container to send them to school with soups, spaghetti, chicken nuggets etc.  The items stay warm for hours!

Having little storage containers on hand are perfect for sauces, dips, dressings, etc.

Using containers with straws have always been a nightmare in my house.  I could never get the straws cleaned therefore I would stop using them. This bottle cleaning is set is definitely a must have giving you all the tools to clean the bottle, the rim and straws.

Aren’t these little sauce containers perfect?  Soy Sauce, Hot Sauce, etc are now easy to take along with you in these mini containers.

This lunch set is awesome!  Everything you need for lunch, hot and cold compartments, spork and carrying case.  Though a bit on the pricey end, the containers stack up nicely not taking up a lot of space, but yet giving you enough storage.
