Understanding finance isn’t easy. Lately, I’ve been teaching my oldest child about financial education and money management. All this knowledge can be overwhelming. Therefore I’ve put together a list of personal finance books that she should definitely check out.
Being a mom is hard, that’s no secret. Being a mom with multiple kids just adds a little more crazy to the mix and with that brings extra challenges. One of the challenges I think moms of many, including myself, face is finding the time to spend quality one on one time with each of their kids.
As a stay a home/work at home mom, I need to get out of my house and I need to get the kids out of the house. So when I’m looking for places to take them, I look for places that are affordable, preferably indoors, has wifi and will keep them entertained for a few hours. Chuck E. Cheese’s is one of our goto places. Ever since they added free Wifi and added new menu items, we love this place even more. My kids get to burn off extra energy, I feel more relaxed with their safety kid check program and I get to get some work done. It’s definitely a Win Win!!!

I long for it because that’s when I stock up on my pantry items. My favorite stock up item is peanut butter. This is a mandatory staple in our house. One the kids won’t do without it. They’ll eat it in their breakfast smoothies, request it for their lunches, after school snacks and of course dessert.
